CHC43121 - Certificate IV in Disability Support

For people who care

This qualification reflects the role of workers in various community settings and clients' homes. They provide training and support that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and well-being. Workers promote a person-centred approach and work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise or coordinate a small team. CHC43121 - Certificate IV in Disability Support provides more in-depth knowledge and a more comprehensive range of skills than CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support . This advanced training enables you to work more effectively with individuals with complex needs and tailor support plans accordingly. By upskilling, you will be better prepared to handle the unique challenges of working in the debility disability sector.
